Our stay was absolutely great. The house is very beautiful with even better views. The bedrooms where good size and the beds are very comfortable! The porch area is big with plenty of seating. The parking area behind the garage door accommodated 3 vehicles with no problem. Overall a great stay! I'd highly recommend this house.

We have been vacationing in the Rocky Point area for many years and have used many different rental companies. With that being said, this house and host were top notch! Denise made everything so simple, from amazing communication, a simple rental process (even offering trip insurance) and electronic access to all parts of the property. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need including good internet, TVs, well stocked kitchen and adequate linens. Access to the private garage was a big plus for vehicle security. We will definitely be back!

My family of 8 with one on the way, plus one dog, loved and truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again in the future. This was actually our second time staying at this house. The master bedroom mattress is heavenly and very comfortable. We had clean towels and linens in all the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and utensils we used. The layout of the living room and dinning area is lovely. The best part is the back patio. The table and loungers are inviting and enough to accommodate a group of several guests. Loved the outdoor shower head and hose making it easy for us to rinse off before entering the house. Denise gave speedy responses and was easy going, which made our trip one for the books.

You couldn't expect a better setting and you won't find a better host! We've been multiple times and are never disappointed! Always clean, well kept, has everything you need in a safe, secure environment. Close to town, easy access to restaurants, shops and boat rentals. Along, with the gorgeous view, you have the beach just steps away!! Always amazing!!

As always, our stay was wonderful and Denise was so very responsive if we needed anything. We did have issues with US immigration (EGGS!) at the border on way home but Denise will put out a list that tells what is and what isn't allowed.

This was our second stay at La Casa Rocky. The tranquility that is felt relaxing on the patio and beachfront is an absolute joy. The house has a great layout and is beautifully decorated. Owner Denise was great at communicating and responding to my questions prior to our stay. Looking forward to another relaxing get-away at La Casa Rocky in the future.

This is the second year we stayed at La Casa Rocky Point. It is our favorite place to go with our family. Denise provides such a beautiful home to relax and spend quality time with family. My family and myself highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year.

We had two sets of young parents and their children, one single young man and us..this house fit us all so so perfectly. The kitchen is MORE than well supplied. There is a dining table inside but also a perfect one outside so we had most meals overlooking the sea. This location also has an enclosed garage that can fit two cars so that was nice too. Denise is so helpful and responsive, we never felt like we lacked anything! I more than highly recommend La Casa Rocky Point!

We love this property and have stayed in this wonderful home on the beach twice now. The location is safe and secure and the views are amazing. The home is beautiful and the patio is very nicely furnished for lots of lounging and gazing at the ocean. Beach access is perfect as well. The table on the patio is great for a game of cards. We will stay with our family and friends here every time we go to RP. Everyone has plenty of space in this 4 bedroom home. Denise is also very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend this property.

Once again, everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed this large and beautiful beach house in Rocky Point. This house is always our #1 choice when looking for a home to rent on the beach. The homeowner is always efficient to email requests.

We had an AMAZING experience! The house is spacious, quiet, safe, and clean. Everything we needed was there. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and it’s very close to town. The patio is spacious, enclosed for the dogs to run around, and the view was breathtaking! We took the few steps down to the beach every day to play in the waves and walk the tide pools. We found thousands of hermit crabs, two octopus, a few sea stars, and plenty of fish! Denise was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I liked knowing there was maintenance staff on hand if we needed anything! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We WILL be back!

We enjoyed an amazing week at this house in June! It was perfect for our family and dogs! Totally enclosed courtyard/carport that was nice to not have to worry about the dogs running out. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even bbq several times too! The ocean bevies and breeze cannot be beat! We saw dolphins swim by a couple afternoons, and enjoyed swimming in the ocean daily. The beach wasn’t busy during our stay and never had an issue setting up a spot in front of the house. We will definitely be back!!

My family had an amazing time at La Casa Rocky Point. The house is clean, spacious, and beautiful! The back patio is amazing and such a great place to hang out. Everything went so smooth from the keypad entry, to everything we could possibly need in the kitchen for cooking meals. Denise was a pleasure to work with and gave us recommendations for all kind of places to eat and things to do. This was by far my best rental experience and I will definitely be back!

Everybody in our party absolutely loved your Casita! We have been going to Rocky Point for 35 years or so and this ranks among the very, very best experiences we have enjoyed. It was beautiful, so graciously furnished and extremely well equipped. We were also surprised to be able to watch the rare Blood Moon eclipse on the expansive patio!! So many things to compliment, but one of the many : Best showers as voted by all. Thank You , this will be on our rotation!

I had a great birthday celebration at Denise's Puerto Penasco Casa! The kitchen is so well equipped and the patio is amazing with enough chairs for everyone to soak in the sun. The beds were also very comfortable...that's a big plus for me when I travel! Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time. The house was amazing and was just right for our group. Loved the morning coffee on the porch with the beautiful views of the ocean. Can't wait to go back!

Denise's home on the beach of the Sea of Cortez was lovely. There were lots of places to "hang out" allowing each of the six of us to read, watch TV, play cards, or sit on the deck and watch the waves. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed using local seafood to make our dinners. We were refreshed and well rested when we left.

We stayed at this beautiful house for 4 nights. It was more beautiful than we thought it will be. It was very clean when we arrived. Our dogs really enjoyed it too. We didn’t want to go back home. It was very relaxing. Denise was communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again.

Great for relaxing on beach front getaway. Amazing views and property. This house is great for multiple families. The separate Casitas allows for privacy while being able to gather in the main home. Will definitely be back in the future. Only thought is bring back the bags we enjoyed a bag tournament the 1st stay here.

We love every minute staying in this beautiful house right on the beach! The back patio has the most beautiful view of the ocean, we sat outside and watched the sunset every night. This house is spacious, has the most comfortable beds, and anything you could need in a kitchen. Staying here was the most relaxing and fun Rocky Point vacation yet! We cannot wait to be back!
