Our home is beachfront.  We are right on the beach!  The views are incredible!  

Beachfront Home in Las Conchas 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms. Entire property is walled or fenced for safety and privacy. 2 car tandem garage for car safety. Las Conchas has 24/7 security for the community. 

The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two separate casitas are studio style with a bedroom area and private bath for each. The main house and both casitas open out into a very private and secure courtyard area. 

The main house has a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living room with amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. The Master Suite faces the ocean with oceanfront patio access, King bed and bathroom has double sinks and walk in shower. The second bedroom is split from the master for privacy and has 2 queen beds and a guest bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. The beachfront patio has two levels with a fire pit and outdoor shower. The upper level is covered and has an outdoor sectional sofa, dining table and lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views. 

There are two separate casitas each with their own entrance.

We do have security cameras outside on the property. There are not cameras inside but there are motion detectors.

*Note* Both casitas are upstairs and not attached to the main house. Casita Uno is a large casita with King bed, futon, kitchenette, refrigerator, large bathroom with vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower. It also has a private patio with partial view of the ocean and a table and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze. Casita Dos has ocean views, mini fridge, Queen size bed and a full size bed. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet and walk in shower. 

The main house living area is very large and can accommodate a group very comfortably. There is a Smart TV  big screen in the main house. Casita Uno has a Smart TV. Casita Dos has a SmartTV. The master bedroom has a SmartTV. Guest bedroom in main house has a Smart TV. 

This home accommodates 10 people very comfortably and all prices shown include the main house and both (2) casitas for 10 people.

There is a $25 charge for each additional person and must be approved by owner. 

This home is non smoking. $500 charge if house smells like smoke.

There is a new CDC requirement for bringing dogs to the US after being in Mexico.  It is a simple form after a few brief questions.  I will include link in your booking information.  

Minimum age for primary renter is 30 unless approved by the owner. Thank you!
